1. Filling the Tank

• Fill the Trutherma evaporator tank with dirty water from your main storage.
• Keep the water level high enough to cover the safety float switch. Do not overfill.
• Use a defoamer chemical if too much foam or bubbles form.

2. Oil Separation

• If the water has oil, let it rise to the top and drain it out using the oil decanting pipe.
• For mixed oil, Trutherma uses an automatic chain skimmer to clear it out easily.

3. Heating & Evaporation

• Turn on the Trutherma machine.
• The exhaust blower starts automatically after 55-60 minutes of heating to clear out the vapor quickly.

4. Sludge & Waste Cleaning

• After the process, open the drain valve to remove the thick muddy waste (slurry).
• Move it to the Trutherma residue tank where special heaters dry it completely into a sludge cake for easy disposal.
